Tim Lavelle General Information

Biography

Mr. Tim Lavelle Co-Founded and served as Member of Executive Committee, Director & Partner at Hawthorne Capital Partners. In this role, Tim is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, investment analysis and management. Tim has more than 30 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Over the course of his career he was involved in hundreds of transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Advisors at Lookout Capital where he was intimately involved in the firm's operations. For most of his career, Tim was a Managing Director with Trident Financial Corporation where he helped build the firm into one of the most successful investments banks in the country specializing in the financial services sector. He began his career in commercial banking with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and J Henry Schroder in New York. Tim is currently Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at the Williams School of Business at Washington and Lee University where he earned a BS in Business Administration.
