Biography

Mr. Matthew Kalt serves as Principal at Oxford Capital Group. Mr. Kalt served as Associate at Oxford Capital Partners. He is responsible for select investment opportunities across the real estate spectrum and in the corporate private equity area. Before joining Oxford, Mr. Kalt worked as an acquisitions associate at Lutz Real Estate Investments, where he was responsible for acquisition and development. This included providing asset management and support to a student housing portfolio that was valued at more than $100 million. Mr. Kalt has held internships with Telemus Capital Partners, Mid America Real Estate and Lormax Stern Properties. Mr. Kalt is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he earned a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate.
