Biography

Mr. Gregor Wedell serves as Partner and Attorney at Schalast & Partners. He studied law and legal English at the universities of Tübingen, Bielefeld, and Cologne. He completed the postgraduate "European and International Commercial Law" program at the University of Bielefeld and earned a Master of Laws Degree in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has extensive experience in advising the various stakeholders in M&A transactions as well as in the formation, reorganization, and restructuring of corporate groups and successfully represents the interests of his clients in court; advising clients in an international context is one of his key practice areas. He has also developed special expertise in setting up and monitoring distribution systems for professional associations and companies. He is the Multilaw Contact Partner of Schalast & Partners and Multilaw vice-chair for the EMEA region. He acts as legal counsel for the Association of Harley Davidson dealers and is a member of the supervisory boards of several SMEs.
