Matthew Bulow General Information

Biography

Mr. Matthew Bulow is a Founding Partner & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Bulow Clinic Partners Group. He lettered all four years on the Golden Eagle tennis team, captured the 1988 U.S. National Amputee tennis championship, and won two bronze medals in track and field at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, for the U.S. Paralympics team. He continued to compete in the 1992 games in Barcelona and the 1996 games in Atlanta, capturing two more bronze medals. He held the world record for the long jump from 1993 to 1996. Using his personal experience with the success of prosthetics, he worked as a certified prosthetist at Nashville Orthotic & Prosthetic Services from 1991 to 2006 and served as manager from 1994 to 2006. In July 2006, after 15 years in patient care, he began his practice, Bulow Orthotic & Prosthetic Solutions, where he continues to provide first-hand knowledge and technical expertise for amputee patients. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology at Tennessee Tech. He completed a certificate program in orthotics and another in prosthetics at Northwestern University's School of Medicine before he passed his board exam to become a Certified Prosthetist.
