Biography

Mr. Adam Seiber co-founded and served as Managing Director at Aether Energy Efficiency. He develops and maintains Aether's strategic relationships with potential clients, service providers, and product partners. Prior to joining Aether, Adam helped execute over $150 million in real estate transactions including credit tenant lease finance, tenant improvement funding, structuring, and advisory as an affiliate of Lance Capital. Adam began his career by managing the turnaround of specialty multi-family properties spanning ten US states for the National Housing Corporation of Sigma Phi Epsilon. By increasing top-line revenues over 200% in fewer than two years, Adam successfully stabilized the finances and operations of the distressed portfolio. Following his tenure with the National Housing Corporation, he worked in the organization and change practice at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on workplace transformation projects at several global financial services firms in New York City. Adam has a BS in Finance from Murray State University.
