Biography

Ms. Brandi Kendall serves as Managing Director, of Energy Real Assets at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Crescent Energy. She joined KKR in 2013 and is responsible for portfolio management activities for the Energy Real Assets team. Ms. Kendall previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Independence's managing member since March 2021, prior to which she served as Vice President of Independence's managing member beginning in June 2020. Ms. Kendall has also served as a director on Independence's Board since August 2020. Ms. Kendall joined KKR in 2013 and is responsible for a broad range of portfolio management activities for its Energy Real Assets team, including finance, planning, risk management, and corporate development. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Kendall served as director, of finance and planning at Marlin Midstream and finance associate at NFR Energy. Ms. Kendall began her career in the energy investment banking industry, having held positions at JP Morgan and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Ms. Kendall earned a BA in Economics, Managerial Studies, and Kinesiology from Rice University. We believe Ms. Kendall's financial expertise and energy industry experience make her well-suited to serve as a director.
