Biography

Mr. Matthew Kearney served as Chief Executive Officer at LeadingResponse. He serves as Board Member at Gas Station TV. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at ICV Partners. Mr. Matthew Kearney serves as Operating Partner at RockBridge Growth Equity. He works broadly across the Rockbridge Growth Equity portfolio to help drive a range of strategic and operational improvements and initiatives as well as assist in evaluating the potential future investments including a focus on the firm's media companies. He brings decades of experience in digital media and out-of-home media advertising areas. He was formerly Executive Chairman of Talent Partners, Inc. and co-founded AcuityKKV, an ad-tech company, which was merged into Talent Partners and acquired by Carlyle Group. Matthew was also with the United Kingdom's Daily Mail media group, launching MailOnline in the United States where it successfully overtook The Huffington Post and The New York Times in global traffic to become the world's leading English-language news site. He also served as President and CEO of Screenvision where he led the growth in cinema advertising taking a newly formed joint venture in 2002 to one of the country's top 100 media and entertainment companies at the time it was sold in 2010. Matthew is Chairman of the New York-based branding agency CO OP and continues to serve on several boards, including the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), and the Brooklyn Philharmonic and continues in a board advisory role at Talent Partners. Matthew, born and raised in England, earned his MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University.
