Biography

Ms. Mary Giannini serves as Secretary & Board Member at Medication Review. She is employed as in-house counsel and compliance officer by, and serves as Corporate Secretary for, Medication Review, Inc. She was until 2016 a partner with the law firm of Witherspoon Kelley, P.S., in Spokane. Her primary areas of practice were health care, employment and corporate law. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in biological sciences and an M.B.A. in health administration and obtained her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. Mary has previously served as the chair of the Health Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, served on the Board of Directors of Washington State Society of Healthcare Attorneys, and was a member of the University of Idaho Law Advisory Council. She is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Frontier Behavioral Health, a community behavioral health services organization in Spokane, and is on the Board of Directors of Healing Hearts Northwest in Spokane. She is an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University College of Law and teaches a health law course. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho.
