Biography

Ms. Julia Chrostek is a Co-Founding Partner of Trofi Holdings. She served as a Partner at the Branch venture group. She serves as a Partner and Board Member at Desert Bloom. She serves as Board Member at GoodSam. She served as an Associate at Vodia Ventures. She identifies potential investment prospects and emerging technologies in the areas of the "unsolvable" for Vodia Ventures. She also performs due diligence, supports fundraising activities, and participates as a board observer for portfolio companies. She is actively engaged in the entrepreneurial community, having participated as a judge in the Cleantech Open Northeast, MassInnovate, Mentoring for the MIT Enterprise Mentor Smart Program, and regularly participating on panels for innovation-based events throughout New England. She joined Vodia Ventures after participating in an assignment with National Geographic, where she photographed remote Alaskan wildlife from low-flying aircraft. She also serves as an advisor to Paino Organics. She earned her B.A. cum laude from Skidmore College; there she was a recipient of the Friedman, Lubin & Rice Business Award.
