Mr. Frank is a Co-Founding Member and serves as a Member of the Investment Committee at Red Abbey Venture Partners. He also served as a Board Member at Pisces Partners. He co-founded and served as Managing Partner at the Education Capital Group. He also served as an Advisor at NETCIRQ. He is the Founder of Bonsal Capital. He also served as Manager at Red Abbey Capital Partners. He also serves as the Director of Entrepreneurship at Towson University Foundation. He is also a Co-Founder & serves as the Managing Partner at the Education Capital Group. He was also a founding partner of New Enterprise Associates (NEA), one of the country's largest venture capital firms. During his tenure at NEA, He served on the Board of Directors of several life sciences companies, including Aspect Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPM), Biopure Corporation (NASDAQ: BPUR), Cantab Pharmaceuticals PLC (acquired by Xenova Group PLC), GeneScreen, Inc. (acquired by Orchid Biosciences, Inc.), IBAH, Inc. He has been a key investor and advisor in several venture capital firms during his career, including Amadeus Capital Partners, Boulder Ventures, Sterling Venture Partners, Trellis Ventures, Venturehouse, and Windward Ventures. He also served as an Advisor at Fairfax Partners and actively provided capital for each of the firm's investments. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Johns Hopkins Hospital and a member of the Johns Hopkins Hospital Endowment Board.
