Biography

Mr. Warren Goldenberg serves as Senior Counsel at Hahn Loeser & Parks. Mr. Goldenberg served as Chief Executive Officer at Fluence Therapeutics. He has spent the last 20 years of his career managing and advising biomedical and other venture-backed companies as an entrepreneur, executive and corporate lawyer. He served as the startup CEO of CardioInsight Technologies for three years ending in March of 2009. CardioInsight is a spinoff of Case Western Reserve University which is commercializing electrocardiographic imaging technology which non-invasively images electrical activity on the surface of the heart. He also founded Imalux Corp. to commercialize optical coherence tomography technology developed at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences for endoscopic applications.
