Biography

Mr. Randy McQuay served as Chief Executive Officer at Allegiancy Houston. Randy McQuay is the Chief Executive Officer of TriStone Realty Management, TriStone Realty Investments, and their affiliated companies. As a co-founder of Principle Equity Management in 2004, Mr. McQuay has helped the company grow and close nearly $400 million in acquisitions. Mr. McQuay has over 25 years of experience working with a number of regional and international real estate developers with responsibilities including acquisition, development, construction, asset management, and disposition. He has managed over $300 million of development and construction projects throughout his career, and has been involved in the acquisition of more than $1 billion of office, retail and multi-family structures. Mr. McQuay has a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University, where he studied real estate investment and corporate management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, where he studied construction management and development.
