Biography

Ms. Linda Larabee served as Vice President, Asset Management at Allegiancy Houston. Ms. Larabee joined TriStone Realty in June 2007, with more than 20 years of senior level professional experience in management, development, daily operations, and leasing of commercial real estate of all product types. Linda specializes in policy and procedure development, budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting, building operations, leasing, drafting of leases and lease negotiations, as well as solution-oriented problem solving. Prior to joining TriStone Realty, Linda worked for a Seattle, Washington developer where she was Vice President-Commercial running a management office overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties and a staff of five. Linda was active for 15 years in the Seattle Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women where she served on the Board of Directors for two, two-year terms. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in WA State and has served as Commander of the Tacoma Power Squadron, part of the United States Sail and Power Squadron. In addition, Linda is a current member of the National and local chapter of CREW Houston, the National and local chapter of CCIM, Houston BOMA, and National Association of Professional Women as well as volunteers annually for the infamous Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo.
