Biography

Mr. Michael Montemarano serves as Chief Financial Officer at Accurate Monitoring. He served as Chief Financial Officer at SigmaCare. He oversaw all aspects of the financial activities of SigmaCare. In addition to his involvement with strategic and tactical operations related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and funding for the company, he also worked closely with SigmaCare's customers and business development partners to provide insight and develop strategies to optimize their financial benefits from the SigmaCare software platform. Michael has an extensive background working with middle-market companies with venture capital and private equity funding. His experience includes management and participation with companies ranging in size from less than 20 to more than 250 employees. He also specializes in organizational development, merger diligence, acquisition integration, process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Michael is a certified public accountant and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University.
