Biography

Mr. Darrell Chin served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at UNC Kenan-Flagler Private Equity Fund. Prior to pursuing his MBA at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School, Darrell was a Senior Associate in the Financial Due Diligence group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). While at PwC, Darrell performed quality of earnings analyses and debt and debt-like analyses on over 15 transactions across different industries including energy, technology, healthcare, and telecommunication. Prior to his work in Financial Due Diligence, Darrell was responsible for leading and managing audits of Hedge Funds as a Senior Associate at PwC within the Assurance practice. Darrell holds a BSBA from Bucknell University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
