Biography

Mr. Christopher James serves as Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He is experienced in a broad range of commercial construction matters with a particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating industry standard and bespoke form building contracts as well as forward funding agreements, settlement agreements, professional appointments and related documents in relation to a wide range of developments, including commercial, mixed-use and residential properties. He also has extensive experience in providing construction advice to developers, property companies and institutional investors in relation to the funding, acquisition, disposal and asset management of a number of different property classes.
