Biography

Mr. Ian Horowitz is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Principal at Pebb Capital. He co-founded and served Partner at Collegium Capital Partners. He presides over the real estate investment committee and the fixed-income and futures portfolios. Before joining Pebb Capital, he spent more than a decade in the financial services industry trading fixed-income, derivatives, and equities. Ian began his career as a lawyer for Prudential Securities and a compliance examiner for the NASD's enforcement division and has both a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
