Biography

Mr. Jonathan Claussen is a Founding Partner at J. Claussen Law. Mr. Claussen previously served as an Attorney at Berger Singerman. He is a member of Berger Singerman's Dispute Resolution Team in Boca Raton. With a practice focusing on commercial litigation, Jon has defended and brought actions on behalf of corporations and individuals involving fraud, breach of contract and other business related claims. His commercial practice is primarily in the areas of real estate and construction litigation, securities matters and FINRA arbitrations, landlord-tenant matters, commercial lease disputes, homeowner-condominium disputes, non-compete and injunction litigation, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
