Biography

Mr. Gary Abrams is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Preceptor Capital. He also serves as Chief Information Officer and Board Member at OrderMark. He is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Technology Officer and President at Marketing Software Company. He has more than 35 years of business, technical, strategic, and operational experience in technology. He is currently an investor and advisor in technology companies. Starting as a mainframe programmer in 1978 and a direct marketing expert, he has developed expertise in all aspects from Business Operations to Information Technology to Marketing Strategy. His background originates from expertise in applications programming, systems programming, SQL, systems design and development, database architecture, and web development for both server and mainframe platforms. In addition, he is an expert in enterprise software and hardware design, development, networking, deployment, operation, and maintenance. As Chief Technology Officer, he directs the architecture and development of databases, electronic marketing programs, and client interfaces. He holds a degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
