Biography

Mr. Andrew Miller is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Director at Copley Equity Partners. He serves as a Board Member at ClearCost Health. He serves as a Board Member at Madwire Media. He served as a Board Member at North Star Leasing and Wingspire Equipment Finance. Prior to Copley, he worked for Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, in Boston and Palo Alto. At Summit, he was responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, and aiding portfolio companies with a variety of operational, financial, and business development initiatives. He sourced and closed Summit's investment in Snap Fitness, a franchisor of fitness clubs, and worked extensively with the management team of Aramsco, a distributor of safety products. His board directorships and investments include a technology-enabled digital marketing firm based in Colorado, Oxus Environmental, a provider of medical waste treatment services in New England, ClearCost Health, a healthcare price transparency software company based in San Francisco, and GameFace Media, the world's largest publisher of amateur athletic photos. Previously, He worked in an advisory role for Trumpet Behavioral Health, a California-based for-profit provider of behavioral health services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and has a degree in economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
