Biography

Mr. Brian Chase serves as Managing Director, Investor Relations & Fundraising at EnCap Investments. He served as Managing Director at Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners. Mr. Chase is responsible for leading the Capital Formation and Investor Engagement team globally. He is based in New York and has over 25 years of experience in infrastructure investment and investor relations. Most recently, he was at BlackRock as a Managing Director and the Global Head of Product Strategy for the Alternative Solutions Group, where he worked closely with a wide range of institutional investors focused on the private markets. He also served on the Investment Committee for BlackRock Infrastructure Solutions. Prior to that, he was a partner at the placement agent and secondary advisory firm, Campbell Lutyens, where he focused on energy and infrastructure primary fundraising and worked closely with sophisticated institutional investors and leading private fund managers. Earlier in his career, he was an infrastructure investor at The Carlyle Group. He also has served as a legal advisor to a number of multilateral, public, and private sector clients on a diverse range of infrastructure development projects both in the United States and globally. He earned degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A.), and Georgetown University (J.D.).
