Biography

Ms. Clelia Warburg Peters is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Era Ventures. She serves as Board Member at Welcome Homes. She founded the firm in 2022 to invest in innovative business models which reimagine the physical world. Until late 2021, she served as a Venture Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, supporting the firm's Proptech practice and investments. Previously, she was a co-founding Partner at MetaProp, one of the foundational early stage Proptech venture funds. She sits on the Board of Trustees for Side and Mynd Management, and is a Board Member for the real estate innovation-focused SPAC, Shelter. She co- moderates the Inman Conferences and previously served as the founding co-chair of REBNY's RLS Board of Directors. She was the President of Warburg Realty (now Coldwell Banker Warburg) from 2016 until its sale in 2021, where she worked alongside her father, CEO Frederick Warburg Peters. At Warburg, she was responsible for the firm's business development and marketing strategies and for maintaining a focus on revenue growth. She earned her undergraduate degree from Yale, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She previously worked with the Boston Consulting Group in London, and with the International Rescue Committee in Nepal and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
