Biography

Mr. David Ariola is the Founder and serves as President at Chicago Realty Company. As the founder and president of Chicago Realty Company, David is responsible for managing, growing and setting the strategic direction of the firm. He is a specialist in downtown and suburban Chicago office tenant representation. Representative clients include Mercy Housing, MB Financial Bank, and law firm RMMS. He has performed every type of commercial real estate transaction including office and retail leasing, dispositions and acquisitions. Representative clients include portfolio management and leasing for Metra and master planning for a 110-acre site in IA for a religious order. He has personally managed development projects from site selection and feasibility through design and construction management valued at over $1 billion from hi-rises to industrial expansions. He has done MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.
