Stella Evers General Information
Biography
Ms. Stella Evers served as Associate at Bird & Bird. She has a passion for advising clients on employment law issues. Stella is a senior associate in our International HR Services team based in the Netherlands, and a member of our Media Group. She advises and litigates on behalf of both Dutch and foreign clients on various issues relating to employment law, including drafting services agreements and employment documentation (employment agreements, personnel handbooks, codes of conduct), termination of individual employment contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligence, analysis of pension schemes, applicability of collective bargaining agreements and industry sector pension funds, and harmonisation/change of employment benefits. Stella joined us in 2006. She graduated from the University of Utrecht with a Bachelor's Degree in Dutch Civil Law and a Master's Degree in Business & Law. Parallel to her studies Stella worked as a court clerk in civil law cases in the Courts of Utrecht and The Hague. In 2011 Stella successfully completed the Executive Master Class Employment Law (PALA) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Stella is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Employment Law Lawyers (VJAA), the Dutch Association for Employment Law (VvA) and the Dutch Association of Employment Law Lawyers (VAAN).
