Biography
Mr. Jan-Niek De Groot is a Co-Founding Partner and serves as Partner & Fund Manager at VOC Capital Partners. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Inbiolab BV. He is focused on the acquisition of participation and managing the investment portfolio. Jan-Niek was co-founder and managing director of Infopulse Electronic Commerce and was one of the early internet pioneers, mid the nineties, of online banking and trading systems for the financial industry; he also was among the first to implement a near-shore IT outsourcing model for its customers. In 2003 Jan-Niek sold Infopulse to US headquartered Cognizant, an IT multinational with over $10 billion in revenues listed in the NASDAQ-100 and the S&P 500 indices. He holds a Degree in Engineering from Fontys.
