John Knox General Information

Biography

Mr. John Knox serves as Director, Business Operations & Chief Financial Officer of KKR Capital Markets LLC at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. Mr. Knox joined KKR in 2008 as a Controller for our hedge fund and capital markets groups. Mr. Knox is the Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) of KKR Capital Markets LLC and MCS Capital Markets LLC, each of which is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Prior to joining KKR, he was the chief financial officer of Paramount BioCapital Inc., a broker-dealer specializing in the biotechnology sector. Mr. Knox began his career as an auditor at Eisner Amper LLP (f.k.a. Richard A. Eisner & Company), a regional public accounting firm. Mr. Knox graduated with distinction from Emory University with a B.A. in Accounting and is a certified public accountant in the state of New York.
