Biography

Mr. Jonathan Lewinsohn is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Diameter Capital Partners. He also served as a Senior Managing Director & Partner at Centerbridge Partners. He was appointed a Director of the Company on 23 October 2014. Prior to joining Centerbridge, he was Head of Research and a permanent member of the Investment Committee at Anchorage Capital Group. He was previously a law clerk to Judge Richard A. Posner of the US Court of Appeals and began his career at Morgan Stanley in the AnchorAnchorMergers & Acquisitions Group. He received his JD from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, and his BA, summa cum laude, from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences as a Merrill Presidential Scholar. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Economic Club of New York. He previously served on the board of Martinrea-Honsel BV.
