Biography

Dr. Marta Cruz is a Co-Founder & serves as General Partner & Managing Partner at NXTP Ventures. She serves as an Advisor at Tiendanube. She is a Founding Partner and serves as a Board Member at WeInvest LatAm. She is a Co-Founder and serves as a General Partner at NXTP Ventures. She also served as an Advisor at Sontra. She serves as an Advisor at Technorides. She serves as a Board Member at VU Security. She is an Angel Investor. She served as an Advisor at Glamit. Before NXTP, she worked at Siemens, UNDP and McCann Erickson Group as Regional Director for Latin America. She is a Partner at WeXchange, an initiative led by the IDB Lab, and a co-founder of WeInvest, the community of women investors focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean. She also is an active member of UN Women and was the first woman president of ARCAP, the Argentine Association of Private Equity, Venture and Seed Capital. She holds a degree in Business Administration granted by the University of Buenos Aires and also holds a Ph.D. in Management from IAE.
