Biography

Mr. Steven Soulios served as Partner, RTV at Redwood Partners. He is also a partner at Ruta, Soulios & Stratis LLP representing as General Counsel to entrepreneurs and small to medium sized companies and venture funds. He establishes and manages sophisticated and diverse corporate transactional practice, including corporate organization and finance, angel/seed rounds and venture capital financing for companies engaged in technology, internet, advertising technology, social media and mobile technology sectors; joint ventures, film financing, executive search, licensing, trademark applications, and employment matters. He has provided expert legal and political analyses for FoxNews and MSNBC, including analyses of the 2000, 2004 and 2008 Presidential elections. Steven acted as lead counsel on complex commercial and tax litigation matters in Federal courts across the country, including matters involving securities transactions, IRS 6700 proceedings, RICO, bankruptcy (preference and avoidance actions) and common law fraud, commercial torts and judgment enforcement. Prior to becoming partner, Steven acted as Associate General Counsel with firms The Image Group, Inc., Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Lehrer as well as Lum, Hoens, Conant, Danzis & Kleinberg. He has also taught Constitutional Law and American Government as an Adjunt Professor of Political Science at The Kings College, New York City.
