Adam Goldberg MD General Information

Biography

Dr. Adam Goldberg is an Angel Investor. He served as Board Member and Advisor at Video Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. A native of Chicago, Adam completed his undergraduate training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he majored in Chemistry and Biochemistry, and received High Honors for his thesis in inorganic chemistry. He then received his medical degree in 2007 from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, where he graduated Cum Laude, and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honors society. He then did his Internal Medicine residency training at the University of Chicago Hospital, and subsequently Cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. He now is completing his Electrophysiology training at the Cleveland Clinic. He has authored papers in Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Electrophysiology, and has research interests in both device (pacemaker and defibrillator) and ablation (atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation) therapies and technologies. He is interested in being a part of developing technologies, and re-shaping the health care industry, to deliver higher-quality, but more efficient, care for patients.
