Daniel Biran General Information

Biography

Mr. Daniel Biran Co-Founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at ClipFort. Daniel is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in founding and managing start-ups. In the early 90's Daniel established Data Marine Tech, which developed and patented diving equipment; Data marine was successfully sold to Mares. Daniel was CEO/Co-founder of M.T.R.E., a startup that developed a body core temperature controller for full anesthesia procedures. In less than a year the company went from $0 to $23MM in sales, raising $8.5. In mid-2000, Daniel established the IT Security Company NTrance which developed and commercialized Biometric Secured USB Drives. NTrance's commercial activities were sold at the end of 2011. Daniel started the Biometric magazine project in 2012, ultimately launching ClipFort in2013. Daniel is a veteran of Special Forces in the IDF and the Israeli ministry of defense. He holds a BS from Boston University.
