Biography

Mr. Vincent Clément serves as Director at Adagia Partners. Mr. Vincent Clément is an Angel Investor. He served as a Principal at Silverfleet Capital. He was involved with the investment in Coventya. Before joining Silverfleet Capital, Vincent worked for four years as an Associate within the M&A division of Lazard, Paris. Vincent graduated from the Ecole Centrale, Lille with an MSc in General Engineering. Immediately before joining Adagia, Vincent spent six years as a Principal at pan-European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital, where he focused on mid-cap transactions in the Tech Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors. Vincent is a Director at Adagia Parters, involved in the full investment lifecycle from origination and execution of new deal opportunities to portfolio management, value creation and exit.
