Biography

Mr. Nitish Aggarwal served as a Director at IBOF Investment. He has over 18 years of experience across the private equity/real estate, financial services, trading and the manufacturing sectors. Mr Aggarwal helped conceptualize and build India Build-out Fund I. He has exposure to handling all aspects of fund management from structuring and fund raising to investments at project and entitylevel. He has led the launch of a new fund for a US$ 700 million real estate PE fund, closed a private equity joint venture transaction and acquired a private equity fund of funds advisory. He also has successful entrepreneurial experience across industries. He has created and exited a successful manufacturing organization and has created and exited a successful financial services organization, which was taken over by Share Khan. Mr Aggarwal holds an MBA from Duke University with a focus on private equity and venture capital and holds an LLB from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab. He also holds a B. Com. (Hons.) from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
