Tyler Tysdal General Information

Biography

Mr. Tyler Tysdal was a Co-Founder and served as Managing Partner at TitleCard Capital. He is a Board Member of Leesa Sleep. Mr. Tysdal also co-founded and served as Managing Partner & Board Member at IOF portfolio company Cobalt Sports Capital, a specialty lender in sports and entertainment. He was the Managing Partner of Impact Opportunities Fund. He is the Managing Partner of a series of co-investment funds to IOF, totaling approximately $35 million in value. In 2010, he founded Cherry Creek Family Offices ("CCFO"), a multi-family office that manages over $700 million in assets. In early 2015, he sold his interest in CCFO and is currently a consultant on certain private equity and real estate-related matters. Between 2007 and 2010, Mr. Tysdal actively managed $1 billion of assets for a single-family office. Prior to the single-family office, Mr.Tysdal was Managing Partner of the private equity firm TIVIS Capital where he was also the Co-Founder of Sports Shares, a fractional luxury suite club. Mr. Tysdal's finance career began in investment banking with Alex Brown & Sons. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in Finance and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
