Biography

Ms. Marie-Pier Nadeau served as Member at Cozen O'Connor. She joined Cozen O'Connor in 2013 as an associate in the firm's Subrogation & Recovery Department. Marie-Pier practices in the Toronto office. At first Marie-Pier considered a career in sciences, but after receiving her diploma in applied sciences in 2003, she decided to put her advocacy skills to good use. She earned her civil law degree from Laval University in 2006 with distinction. She practiced as an insurance litigation counsel with a Quebec firm for almost four years, where she handled many trials and settlement conferences on her own, and assisted partners during long trials and appeals before the Quebec Court of Appeal. Seeking new challenges, Marie-Pier then chose to pursue her studies. She obtained her common-law degree from Dalhousie University in 2011 and moved to Toronto shortly thereafter.
