Biography

Ms. Wen Rittsteuer served as a Managing Director at Accordion. He also served as a Senior Director at Loughlin Management Partners + Co. She has more than 20 years of broad financial and operational experience working with underperforming, highly leveraged, and financially distressed companies. Her experience includes Company Financial Advisory, Lender Advisory, Bankruptcy Advisory, workout + growth lending and portfolio management. She has held several executive management roles (both as an Officer of the Company and in interim/crisis management roles). She has successfully executed the recapitalization, restructuring, reorganization, and performance improvement/turnaround of companies in various industries including the divestment of assets. Before joining LM+Co, She served as Treasurer of the largest supermarket company in the Northeast, with more than $6B in sales. She was head of the Finance Group and had oversight of four departments which included Financial Planning + Analysis, Capital Planning, Treasury, and Pension. Her prior select experience includes debtor advisory and crisis/interim management at Alvarez & Marsal, financial advisory and restructuring at Deloitte, and Workout at LaSalle Bank (currently Bank of America). She earned a Master's of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
