Biography

Ms. Paisley Kadison serves as Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel & Principal at Accel-KKR. She served as Vice President & Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel at TCV. She served as an Associate at Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle. She is an associate in the Corporate group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of professional investment management, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She has particular experience in the investment management area, including conducting due diligence on potential investments and drafting documentation necessary for the formation of domestic and offshore private investment funds. She has experience in matters involving environmental laws, regulations and policies as they relate to transactions, litigation and enforcement actions. She holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, an MBT from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of New York and a Registered In-House Counsel with the State Bar of California.
