Biography
Ms. Felicia de Laat serves as Partner at Mourant. Felicia advised on corporate and commercial transactions as a member of the corporate group of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) before moving to Jersey in 2001. She joined Mourant Ozannes in 2005 from another Jersey law firm where she had been advising on collective investment funds and corporate transactions. Within Mourant Ozannes Felicia specializes in collective investment funds with a particular focus on private equity and property funds and has acted for a number of the firm's clients in this area including Ardian, CVC, Aviva Investors, Schroders, Legal & General and Deutsche Alternative Asset Management (UK). She became a senior associate of Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 2006 and a partner of Mourant Ozannes L.P. from 1 April 2010.
