Biography

Mr. Elio Sceti is a Co-Founder and serves as a Chairman at The Craftory. He serves as an Independent Board Member at Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is also a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman at LSG Holdings. He served as a Board Member at Present Life. He serves as a Board Member & Member of the Human Capital and Compensation Committee at Kraft Heinz. He was a Board Member at NotCo and Meural. He is a board director of ABImbev, chairman of LSG Holdings (active in PE, wealth and legal services, and real estate), and an active investor and board advisor in early-stage technology companies (with 15-20 currently in portfolio). He is also a board director of Barry Callebaut and former head of Reckitt Benckiser's European arm. His roles in non-profit include being a Trustee and Counsellor at One Young World, (the global forum of future leaders from over 190 countries) and an advisory board member at Room to Read (promoting literacy and gender equality in education in the developing world). He was CEO of Iglo Group (Iglo, Birdseye, and Findus) until June 2015, when he led the sale to Nomad Foods. Under his leadership, Iglo launched an industry-wide campaign against Food Waste, as part of the Company's new CSR agenda. He was previously CEO of EMI Music, until 2010 and led EMI's transformation from a traditional record label into a consumer-led and digitally connected music company. His international career was previously built-in marketing and leadership roles while at Procter and Gamble (5rs) and Reckitt Benckiser (16yrs), where he was EVP since 2001, as Global Head of Category Development and Innovation and as Head of Europe when he left in 2008. He brings significant management expertise to the Group's team and has spent over 20 years in industry-leading companies, such as Procter and Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser where he covered senior roles and executive board positions. Currently on the board of beverage group AB InBev and CEO of Iglo since May 2013, he was recently CEO at EMI Music. His interest in LSG has focused on technology and venture capital investments. He also serves as a Board Member at The Amazing Media Group.
