Biography

Mr. Danny Kawas is a Co-Founder of Guardian Dentistry Partners and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. He serves as Managing Director at NKP Capital. He previously served as an Associate at León, Mayer & Co. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and conducting due diligence on private school operations and real estate acquisitions across the U.S. Prior to his time at LEÓN, MAYER & Co., he was a Securities Pricing Analyst at Northern Trust in Chicago, where he priced equities, bonds, and alternative investments held by Northern Trust's mutual funds and on behalf of its custodial clients. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; his concentrations were Finance and Economics.
