The firm's management team also includes IT, legal, tax, human resources, and marketing experts. Mr. Bethwaite has been living in Russia since 2006. His extensive expertise in M&A and private equity, as well as his impressive entrepreneurial background in Australia, the U.S., Nigeria, and Russia, have contributed to his appointment to the Board of Directors of several companies. Mr. Bethwaite holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
