Biography

Mr. Ron Ellison serves as Associate Vice President at the University of the Pacific. Prior to coming to Pacific, Mr. Ellison worked for the University of Washington Bothell campus, where he served as Associate Vice Chancellor of Budget, Fiscal, and Auxiliary Services. His higher education experience also includes service as Dean of Administrative Services at the Tillamook Bay Community College District in Oregon and as Assistant University Controller for the Hawai'i campus of Brigham Young University. Before entering the higher education sector, Mr. Ellison worked for a decade as an estimator, financial analyst, and accounting manager at The Boeing Company. He also worked as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency at the U.S. Department of Defense in Seattle, WA. Mr. Ellison has over 25 years of experience as a financial manager in higher education, industry, and government.
