Biography

Ms. Julia Blaufuß served as Associate at Eversheds International. She studied Law at Freie Universität Berlin and Université Pierre-Mendès-France, Grenoble/France. She was admitted to the German bar attorney in 2006. She worked for a well-known international law firm in the fields of trademark and unfair competition before she joined in 2010. Her particular expertise covers trademark law and related fields such as unfair competition law, copyright law and media law. In particular, she provides legal support in the development of trade mark filing strategies. She represents clients throughout the filing and registration process of respective marks before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) directly and before other national offices in cooperation with foreign agents. Furthermore, she advises on the enforcement of IP rights in and out of court.
