Biography

Mr. Jon Bomberger serves as a Partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. He served as a Partner at Faegre Baker Daniels. He practices in the area of commercial real estate development, acquisition, and finance. He leads Faegre Baker Daniels' real estate practice in the firm's Fort Wayne office. He advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including due diligence, acquisition, zoning, construction, financing, and management of new and existing projects. He has assisted clients with significant real estate needs throughout northeast Indiana and the United States. He has represented private and municipal clients in economic development projects, serving as both company and bond counsel in municipally financed transactions, and has advised clients on economic development issues. Jon has counseled clients on issues relating to state and local economic development incentives, including, but not limited to, tax increment finance, tax abatements, and tax credits.
