Biography
Mr. Kenneth Daniel serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at United Church Homes. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Alliance. A licensed nursing home administrator, he has worked in a variety of positions of responsibility in senior healthcare and housing services over the past 20 years. From 1989 through 2008, he worked in senior living, affordable housing, and skilled nursing care departments with Phoebe Ministries, Allentown, PA. From 2008 to 2010 he served as Executive Director of Ingleside at Rock Creek, a Presbyterian retirement community in Washington, DC. He also holds a master's degree in divinity from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, a master's degree in pastoral counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary and a master's degree of public administration from Marywood University. Immediately prior to joining United Church Homes, he was interim president of Lancaster Theological Seminary. An ordained United Church of Christ minister, he holds Fellow status with the American College of Health Care Administrators.
