Biography

Mr. Richard Tomney serves as President, of Wealth Management Solutions, LHA Managing Principal at Little Harbor Advisors. He served as Managing Director & Head of Advisor Solutions at F-Squared Investments. He is responsible for strategic business development at LHA including sales and key client relationships. He has been in the investment industry for over 30 years and has been involved in strategic product positioning, sales, and marketing of investment products for most of his career. Prior to LHA, he held senior management heading up sales, client service, and product development functions for several prestigious investment firms. He was most recently Head of Sales and Client Service for F-Squared Investments and was previously employed and held the titles of Director at FMR Co., Vice President at Putnam Investments, and Vice President at United Asset Management, Inc. He received a BS in management from Boston College and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
