Mr. Donovan is also a Co-Founder and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at FirstCarbon Solutions. He also served as Advisor & Partner at SDGx. The visionary behind ADEC Innovations and Envirosite Corporation, James advocates sustainable practice to generate measurable social and environmental impact alongside financial results. With over 25 years of investment banking and entrepreneurial expertise, his companies has helped advance the sustainability, environmental, technology and data management initiatives of Fortune 1000 corporations around the world. James is also closely involved with the United Nations Global Compact and the UN Environment Programme, was awarded the 2014 United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation Visionary and is the Coordinating Lead Author of the Data and Knowledge chapter of the United Nations Environment Programme's (UNEP's) 6th edition of the Global Environment Outlook 6 (GEO-6).
