Biography

Mr. Paul Karpf serves as the Vacation Consultant at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. He was a Co-Founder and served as the Chief Executive Officer at PicaHome.com. Paul has been in sales and marketing for most of his life and really found his way in the mid 90's in the automobile industry. Working his way up from sales to Director of Finance and eventually General Sales Manager, Paul was recognized industry wide for being able to take sales and profits to uncharted heights. After a long and prosperous career in the automobile industry, Paul took the leap into residential real estate becoming a top producer of mortgage loan products. In 2005 Paul was called to become the Director of Sales and Marketing for American Vision Windows in Simi Valley, CA. He was responsible for the day to day business activities as well as management of a multi million dollar producing sales and production team.
