Biography

Mr. Kevin Griffith serves as a Partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. He served as a Partner at Faegre Baker Daniels. He is a former insurance agent who has been involved in the insurance industry for more than 30 years and has been a part of the Faegre Baker Daniels insurance team since he joined the firm in 1990. He represents insurance companies, agents, brokers, third-party administrators, and others in transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters. Kevin assists clients in the formation and licensing of insurance companies, HMOs, agents, brokers, third-party administrators, and other entities regulated by state departments of insurance and a variety of other corporate and regulatory matters. He has represented clients in complex and highly regulated multi-state transactions, including acquisitions and sales of insurance companies and HMOs, agencies, managing general agents and third-party administrators, and in reinsurance transactions and insurance company mergers.
