Biography

Ms. Deborah McDonald serves as Vice President of Finance at VRG Capital. She is a key member of the senior management team working closely with VRG's portfolio of companies managing risk and governance as well as regulatory and tax compliance. She has vast experience in implementing the appropriate strategies and controls to manage the activities of VRG and its companies. Before joining VRG Ms. McDonald held a senior position with the Royal Bank of Canada and managed many private clients. She has sat on the Board of many public and private companies. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce.
